Order Processing

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification (for Cash on Delivery orders).
• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch Timeline

• Express Shipping Orders: Dispatched within 48 hours.
• Standard Shipping Orders: Dispatched within 48–72 hours.
• Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are generally delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary due to:
  Remote or rural delivery locations
  Weather conditions
  Public holidays
  Courier service delays
  Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances
• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on:
  Delivery location
  Order weight
  Package dimensions
  Shipping method selected
• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
• You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided by our courier partner.

Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
• If delivery fails because:
  The customer is unavailable
  An incorrect address is provided
  The shipment is refused without a valid reason
• The order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Packages

• Inspect your package before accepting delivery.
• We recommend recording an unboxing video.
• Report any damaged, defective, or tampered package within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
• Please share your order details along with clear photographs or videos.
• Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Delivery Locations

• We currently deliver across India.
• Delivery may not be available for certain remote or restricted PIN codes.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

• Correct delivery address
• Correct PIN code
• Valid contact number
• Complete shipping information

DAAMMEE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.

Force Majeure

DAAMMEE shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Transportation disruptions
• Courier partner delays
• Any other force majeure events beyond our control

At DAAMMEE, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in sourcing and delivering authentic Himalayan, Nepalese, Korean, and Asian products. Since many of our products are food items, beverages, and other consumable goods, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety.

Most products sold on DAAMMEE are non-returnable once delivered. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of many items, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or consumed. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Returns or replacements may only be considered if the product received is damaged during transit, defective, expired, or different from the item ordered. To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery. Customers should provide their order number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the product, packaging, and shipping label to help us verify the claim.

Once a return request is received, our customer support team will review the information provided. If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement for the product, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, an eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Return requests may be declined if they are submitted after 24 hours of delivery, if the product has been opened or consumed without any manufacturing defect, if the original packaging is unavailable, or if the damage occurred due to improper handling after delivery. Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may also be rejected.
