At DAAMMEE, we are committed to delivering authentic Himalayan, Nepalese, Korean, and Asian products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing, dispatch, delivery timelines, and other important shipping information.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification (for Cash on Delivery orders).
  • Orders are processed on Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch Timeline

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Express Shipping Orders: Dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Standard Shipping Orders: Dispatched within 48–72 hours.

Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.


Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Remote or rural delivery locations
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service delays
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

The estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message (where applicable) containing your tracking details.

You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner's website.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable,
  • An incorrect address was provided, or
  • The shipment is refused without a valid reason,

the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Please inspect the package before accepting it.
  • If possible, record an unboxing video.
  • Report any damage within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery by contacting our customer support with photographs and your order details.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted PIN codes.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

DAAMMEE will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Incomplete delivery information

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.


Force Majeure

DAAMMEE shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Political unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier partner delays
