At DAAMMEE, we are committed to delivering authentic Himalayan, Nepalese, Korean, and Asian products in excellent condition. As many of our products are food, beverages, and other consumable items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product quality, hygiene, and customer safety.

No Return Policy

Most products sold on DAAMMEE are non-returnable once delivered. This includes food products, beverages, dairy items, spices, pickles, snacks, and other consumable goods.

Returns are accepted only under exceptional circumstances as described below.


Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

Return Request Timeline

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your request:

  • Our support team will review the evidence provided.
  • We may contact you for additional information if required.
  • If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, depending on product availability.

DAAMMEE reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


Non-Returnable Products

Unless received damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Pickles & Preserves
  • Ready-to-Eat Products
  • Tea & Beverages
  • Dairy Products
  • Honey & Organic Foods
  • Frozen or Perishable Products

  • Prayer & Spiritual Items
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales

Replacement Policy

If the requested product is available, we may provide a replacement instead of issuing a refund.

If the product is out of stock, an eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.


Conditions for Rejection

Return requests may be declined if:

  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product has been opened, consumed, or used (unless defective).
  • The original packaging is missing.
  • The damage occurred after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
  • Insufficient proof of damage or incorrect delivery is provided.
