At DAAMMEE, we strive to ensure every customer has a smooth shopping experience. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it fairly and promptly in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The order was cancelled before it was dispatched.
  • The product delivered was damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received was defective or expired.
  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been successfully completed.
  • A return request has been approved in accordance with our Return Policy.

All refund requests are subject to verification by our customer support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The return request is made after 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
  • The product has been opened, consumed, or used unless found to be defective.
  • The product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
  • Delivery was unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or refusal without a valid reason.
  • Products marked as non-returnable or purchased during clearance sales, unless received damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For partial COD orders, any advance payment made at the time of placing the order is non-refundable if the shipment is refused by the consignee without a valid reason.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  1. Our team will verify the claim.
  2. The refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  3. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–24 business days. The exact time depends on your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our support team.

Replacement Instead of Refund

Where possible, DAAMMEE may offer a replacement product instead of a refund if the item is available in stock. If a replacement cannot be arranged, the eligible refund will be processed.
