It is a traditional homemade, sweet, ring-shaped rice bread/doughnut. It is mostly prepared during Dashain and Tihar, widely celebrated Hindu festivals in Nepal and Sikkim and Darjeeling regions in India. Prepared with pure ghee (no Vegetable Oil/Dalda) only on order.
